Based in Houston, MIMS Investigation and Mediation Services provides alternate dispute resolution services as well as consultative internal investigation services. Upon request, weekend sessions are available to accommodate work schedules.
Mediations and facilitated discussions are provided primarily on a virtual basis in half-day sessions to clients who are seeking to resolve disputes or overcome other obstacles to resolution, regardless of whether the dispute has progressed to formal litigation or not, or can be as agreed between the parties.
Investigation consultation services may involve any facet of internal investigations of possible misconduct or policy violations, including developing the investigation plan, coaching the fact-gatherers, evaluating the evidence, and assisting with documentation, summaries, and findings.

Our Process
Mediations and facilitated discussions are primarily held virtually in half-day sessions. MIMS is available to assist in all disputes other than family matters. Weekend sessions are available.
Confirmation of attendance is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation session. Payment in full is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation session. Failure to timely confirm or to make timely payment will result in (a) rescheduling the mediation, and (b) a $150 administrative rescheduling fee.
